Product Details

The Detroit Speed QUADRALink is the perfect upgrade from the original leaf spring suspension on your Ford Falcon / Mercury Comet. DSE's exclusive 4-link geometry design is uncompromised to achieve the best possible handling and forward traction. The parallel 4 link incorporates multiple link mounting locations, allowing for easy tuning of the suspension instant center and anti-squat characteristics. The adjustable Panhard bar provides roll center adjustment and precisely locates the rear axle during hard cornering. Heim-joints are noisy and can wear out fast while urethane bushings are prone to squeakiness, so DSE Engineers developed the "Swivel Link™" (Patent No. 7,398,984). Embodying the perfect combination of performance, damping ability, and low NVH, the Swivel Link™ allows the suspension to fully articulate with smooth, solid motion and no binding. Road noise is further dampened through the use of specially formulated, high-durometer rubber bushings. The tubular rear sway bar provides two rate settings allowing for easy adjustment of the car's handling balance. Available with or without axle brackets, allowing the option to use your stock rear axle or build a custom Ford 9" from Detroit Speed.
