GM - GM has released a bulletin for 2009 Cobalt & G5 and 2009 - 2010 HHR. The total number of U.S. vehicles involved is 167,000. Certain cars may develop a binding in the ignition lock cylinder. It may be difficult to turn the ignition key or remove it. Dealers are to replace the ignition cylinder.
